Why would I switch if I already have a website? 

We wouldn't want you to set up a new website if we didn't believe we can help you improve your current website and take your parish's web presence to the next level. eCatholic offers tons of features that have been designed specifically for Catholic parishes...and we know you'll love it!
 

What if I don't have time right now?

Don't worry, our team can transfer your content and existing pages from your current website into a mobile responsive draft eCatholic website for you.
 

How am I supposed to learn a new web management platform on top of all my other duties?

We have a team member, Luke Tristani, who is dedicated to helping parishes in the Archdiocese of New Orleans with this project. He would be glad to set up a one-on-one virtual meeting, give you a tour of your new draft website's platform, and demonstrate the features we know you'll love. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to update your new website!
 

What if we can't afford a website?

Through this initiative, the Archdiocese is absorbing the hosting and support cost of your website and will continue to do so. You just need to get signed up.
 

Can I keep my current domain name? (www.myparish.org)

You can still keep your domain when you switch to eCatholic and our team will assist you in the transition.
 

How long will it take for my website to be up and running?

It'll take our team a little time to get your content copied over to your new site, but you should be up and running in just a few days with your new website.
 

Do I have to install or download anything?

No. All eCatholic websites are updated using our custom, secure, web-based Content Management System that can be accessed from any computer with internet access.
 

What if I need help in the future?

Amazing customer support is included (free of charge). If you ever need assistance, simply reach out to our great support team. We are here to serve you. Just shoot us an email or give us a call.
